Position Summary
This sales role is responsible for establishing and executing the sales strategy to identify and develop partner relationships with small- to mid-sized equipment finance companies in assigned territory. The sales role is the primary contact with our partners (Equipment Finance Companies); collaborating with them to identify, qualify, and understand Equipment Finance and Working Capital needs for their customers while achieving annual financial goals. The best candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to be a part of a growing industry.
key responsibilities
- Works with the Director of Partner Relationships to define sales strategy and key business targets
- Identifies and develops partners and prospects within the assigned territory who value a premium product and customer experience
- Establishes strong client relationships with both existing and new accounts
- Works strategically to “understand and connect” Partner’s needs with the value-add benefits of Channel products
- Ensures partners are successfully qualified, closed, and moved from activity to activation status
- Maintains partner communications and relationships actively to ensure retention of existing business and expansion of opportunities as well as referrals
- Assists with Connection Team meetings and works with internal colleagues to ensure products and systems meet client needs and executes campaigns and product rollouts
- Collaborates with marketing and technology to deliver innovative and customized solutions
- Plans, implements, and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and new partner development, and monitors key performance metrics

Education & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably within financial services
- Demonstrated track record of reaching assigned sales goals
- Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to travel domestically 2-4 times per year, or as needed
