We’re looking for a talented recruiter to join our HR team. You’ll take the lead on all things recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer letters. key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across the organization—from job postings to signed offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline through proactively sourcing and attracting top talent
- Source candidates through a mix of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) and implement new and creative ways to increase and promote employee referrals and attract key talent
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth interview process as the main point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Track recruiting metrics and share insights with the team to drive improvements
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep records up to date
- Help build our employer brand through social media, events, and creative outreach – including job fairs, college connections, and involvement with industry associations
- Support other HR initiatives as needed—this is a collaborative team!
Skills & Specifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence managing multiple roles at once, across various departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to read and connect with people
- A solutions-focused mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage to drive results
- Maintains a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and approaches problems with a creative lens
- Proven track record in identifying and engaging active and passive professionals
- Dedicated with an eye for finding, attracting, and assessing talent, and not stopping until they find the right candidate.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ATS platforms; experience in digital recruiting (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work primarily in office in Minnetonka, MN, with some remote work flexibility
- Ability to travel occasionally/as needed to out-of-state offices
